Meet the Founder
Dr. Mirline Fourron: A Passionate Advocate for Community Health and Nutrition
Founder & President – Sante Pam Organization Inc.
Dr. Mirline Fourron is a passionate advocate for community health, nutrition, and wellness. Originally from Les Cayes, Haiti, she has dedicated her career to empowering underserved communities through education, advocacy, and improved access to essential health resources.
Dr. Fourron holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Doctorate in Health Administration (DHA). As a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), she brings both clinical expertise and a strong understanding of the social and cultural factors that influence health outcomes.
Driven by her commitment to improving community health, she founded Sante Pam Organization Inc. to promote nutrition education, disease prevention, and food security, particularly within Haitian Creole communities and other underserved populations in the United States.
Through her leadership, Sante Pam develops culturally relevant programs that support families, including pregnant women, children, and older adults, helping them gain the knowledge and tools needed to make healthier choices.
Dr. Fourron remains deeply committed to advancing health equity and strengthening communities through education, empowerment, and sustainable change, working toward a future where families can thrive and live healthier lives.
